Founded in 2022 by logistics veterans Nicole Bryant & Barry Dalton, LMS Direct was created to revolutionize how local and regional deliveries are managed – building a logistics company rooted deeply in trust, transparency and exceptional communication. Leveraging Nicole’s extensive transportation expertise, spanning over a decade of managing long-haul and courier operations, alongside Barry’s IT operational acumen and project management, LMS Direct rapidly became a trusted partner to dealerships, distributors and businesses across the United States.

Our dedicated Regional Account Managers work closely with clients in their own communities, building face-to-face relationships, understanding their unique business needs and ensuring exceptional service at every stage. With more than a decade of hands-on transportation experience, Nicole Bryant is the heart and soul of LMS Direct’s operations. Coordinating shipments isn't just Nicole’s profession—it’s her passion. Driven by an unwavering dedication to reliability and transparency, Nicole brings a uniquely personal touch to every partnership, believing in building lasting trust through honesty and open communication. Outside of LMS Direct, Nicole is deeply devoted to her family as a proud mother of three. She dreams of inspiring her children to one day share her passion for transportation, continuing the legacy she’s building today. Beyond work and family, Nicole is actively involved in the local community, volunteering her time with food drives and homeless shelters in the Denver-Metro area. Whether she’s giving back to the community or enjoying quality time outdoors hiking and immersing herself in nature, Nicole strives for balance. Often finding her greatest inspiration in helping others and appreciating life beyond the office walls.

Barry Dalton

Barry is the operational and technological backbone of LMS Direct, bringing over 20 years of expertise in IT and more than a decade of leadership experience in upper management. Known for his unmatched loyalty and dedication, Barry leverages technology and strategic operations to streamline logistics, keeping the company ahead of the curve and responsive to client needs. Family centered, Barry is a dedicated father of three who believes integrity at home translates directly to integrity at work. Outside of the office, Barry finds joy in softball, fishing, camping and relaxing in his hammock surrounded by nature - moments that help him recharge and reflect. Additionally, he volunteers alongside Nicole in the Denver-Metro area and coaches youth sports. Driven by a strong commitment to making a positive impact beyond the logistics industry.
